Voyager Family Dental has been trusted by families for generations. Moms, dads, kids, and grandparents have all benefited from the time and care we dedicate to every patient. Today, with new dentists and new technology, we are planning for the future and continuing the promise of comprehensive family dental care. More patients will have the opportunity to have more procedures done at the clinic that they trust. We appreciate every patient relationship that we have and know that we have to earn that relationship every day.
Our Dedicated Staff
Robert L. Snyder, DDS
Dr. Snyder graduated from Creighton University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science, and in 1983 with a Doctorate in Dental Science. He has practiced dentistry in the Green Bay area for more than 35 years. He holds memberships in the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Society of which he served as a board member, culminating as president in 1997. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has actively pursued dental continuing education.
Dr. Snyder’s dental community involvement includes volunteering as a mentor for Marquette Dental Students participating in Green Bay’s Oral Health Partnership program. He is also very active in the Brown County CASA program helping youth in the community.
Dr. Snyder and his wife, Lois, live in Green Bay, where they raised their now adult daughter and son. They are thrilled to spoil their grand-daughter Gabrielle. Dr. Snyder enjoys most any hobby that gets him outside and active, especially being on the water.
Caleb Abfall, DDS
Dr. Caleb Abfall joined the Voyager Family Dental team in February of 2023. He is a 2022 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry having earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While a student at Marquette, Dr. Abfall gained exceptional knowledge and experience working on complex dental cases alongside specialty dentists and surgeons. Dr. Abfall’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Biochemistry.
While attending, he participated in Panther track and cross country. He is a fitness and outdoor enthusiast enjoying CrossFit training, golfing, fishing, skiing, hiking with his dog Zara, and time at the lake. In true Wisconsin fashion, he loves all Wisconsin sports.
When asked why he chose dentistry Dr. Abfall said, “It’s an amazing combination of medicine, art, and engineering. At the end of the day, we’re in the service industry, and being able to build strong relationships with people in the community is something that is very important to me.”
Caleb Abfall, DDS
Dr. Caleb Abfall joined the Voyager Drive Dental team in February of 2023. He is a 2022 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry having earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Mason Wistenberg, DDS
Dr. Mason Wistenberg joined the Voyager Drive Dental team in June 2022. He is a proud Green Bay native and loyal Wisconsin sports fan. Dr. Wistenberg is devoted to giving back to the community by providing exemplary dental care. Dr. Wistenberg is a 2021 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. He then completed an Advanced Education in Dentistry residency program at the Green Bay VA Health Care Center where he broadened his clinical experiences and provided dental care for our honored veterans. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Society.
Time with family and friends, walking and biking the Fox River Trail, golfing and swimming are some of Dr. Wistenberg’s favorite activities. He is also an artist. “Dentistry,” says Dr. Wistenberg, “is the perfect combination of my love for art and medicine.”
